SERVER USE
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner
only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store
or give away web-hosting services from their web site to
other parties.

Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate,
third party to host content on the owner's web site.
Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads,
and personal ads.
MKHoster Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and/or
access to its servers to anyone.
MKHoster Inc. does not allow any of the following content
to be stored on its servers:
Ignorance is never bliss. Termination is a definite
consequence of breaking any terms listed herein
NO SPAMMING - Any site operators who uses/stores any
kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities
affect MKHoster Inc. servers negatively in any way, will
have their accounts terminated without warning. They
will also be fined $50.
Any mailing or posting or content of "Make Money Fast" (MMF)
or "Fast Cash" or pyramid schemes or chain letters or
MLM schemes of any sort will result in quick account
termination.
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works,
commercial audio, video, or music files and any material
in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic
images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The
designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the
discretion of MKHoster Inc. please contact first if you
think that you may violate this term.
Online/Offline Games and Anime Sites - Includes all
online/offline Casinos, Jumpling, MUDs, Egg Drop,
interactive gaming on our servers, Anime communities,
PlayStation games Forums, news, reviews.
Hate material - We define hate material as that which
expresses or promotes hatred against groups of people.
For example, racist, anti-Semitic, material targeting a
particular religion or homophobic material are
considered to be hate material. We reserve the right to
identify hate material for what it is (including
identifiers on member sites).
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators,
freaking, hacking, password cracking or cheating, IP
spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also
includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to"
information about such material.
Streaming Media (regular hosting accounts only) - We do
not allow any kind of streaming media, legal or illegal,
including Real Audio, Real Video, and QuickTime. The use
of Flash/Shockwave, however, is allowed.
Bots Includes by not limited to IRC, PSY, BNC, EggDrop.
Invalid or Non-Transferable Domains - Every account must
have a properly registered domain name, which resides on
our domain name servers, within 15 days of the account's
opening. After 15 days, accounts without registered or
transferred domain names will be terminated
automatically. No warnings will be given, and any
payments already made will be forfeited. No refunds will
be given
When a web site is found to be monopolizing the
resources available, MKHoster Inc. reserves the right to
suspend that site immediately. This policy is
implemented only in extreme circumstances and is
intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.
UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH POLICY
MKHoster Inc. allows unlimited bandwidth for all sites,
except for those that:
Run any type of Real Media files, including .ra, .ram, .rm,
.mp3, .mov, and .avi files.
Offer any type or size of downloads including .exe
files, .zip (or any other compressed files) and .pdf
files.
Offer any type or size of files to be linked to another
web sites.
Operate any type of chat, Web Cams, forumS or sites
dedicated to be photo galleries
Allow visitors to upload files.
For sites meeting these conditions, MKHoster Inc. promises
to deliver truly unlimited bandwidth.
If your site cannot meet all of the conditions listed
above, MKHoster Inc. will allow 3 GB free bandwidth per
month and charge $2.50 for each GB above the 3 GB limit.
Please note that over 85% of our clients never exceed
even 2000 megs of total FTP and web page transfer
combined, so you can be assured that our bandwidth is
not choked by numerous 'load-heavy' sites. To further
protect the integrity of our service, any individual
site consistently using 10% or more of the system's
resources may be issued a warning or have its account
deactivated.
PRIVACY POLICY
we are committed to protecting and respecting the
privacy or all our customers. The information collected
from customers when signing up is used for billing and
administration purposes only and will be kept
confidential. Contact and billing information collected
will NOT be passed onto ANY third parties.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
MKHoster Inc. reserves the right to cancel the service at
any time and prorate refund will be made. Customer
refund requests are to be sent using our customers
helpdesk and will only be
processed in the cases of service non-performance where
MKHoster Inc. is clearly at fault.
Refund requests for
problems beyond MKHoster Inc.'s control will be refused,
For example:
Domain transfer failure.
Failure of any third party script or program that's not
supported by MKHoster Inc..
A customer's lack of experience in dealing with web
basics and communication protocols.
Refund requests with no reasons included will be
ignored, MKHoster never claim any sort of money back
guarantees or trail periods.
DISCLAIMER
MKHoster.com will not be responsible for any damages your
business may suffer. MKHoster.com makes no warranties of
any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
MKHoster.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of
data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong
delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused
by MKHoster.com and its employees. MKHoster.com reserves the
right to revise its policies at any time.
